Welcome to Boat Cottage
Boat Cottage sleeps 5, with two bedrooms upstairs: one twin bedroom and one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom upstairs has a bath with shower, toilet and basin. An open plan ground floor consists of kitchen, living and dining areas. Wifi is available in the cottage. Bedlinen and towels are provided.

Accommodation in detail
The Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped, with washer/dryer, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. A full set of cooking and eating utensils are provided and tea-towels are also supplied.
A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request.
The Lounge
The Lounge is spacious and includes an open fire (logs and firelighters supplied), television, dvd player and comfortable seating for relaxing after a hard day's activities or just to be cosy in front of a warm winter fire.
The Bedrooms
The two bedrooms are located upstairs and sleep 5 people. The master room has a double and single bed, the second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms command the most rewarding views out across Ballymorran Bay.
The Bathroom
The roomy bathroom is fitted with a bath with shower, toilet and basin.
